1. The Council's purposes in obtaining membership registration information and other personal information when members apply for membership registration and when members use this Service are as follows.
(1)Identification of users
[1] To identify membership applicants, members and users of this Service.
[2] To perform personal authentication when users attempt to use this Service.
(2) Providing information, notification, and communication via electronic mail or direct mail
[1] To provide information (including advertisements and publicity) regarding the merchandise, service, etc. of the Council and Council group companies as well as event information.
[2] To provide information (including advertisement and publicity) regarding the merchandise, service, etc. handled by a third party which consigned the Council to send information as well as event information.
[3] To notify and communicate with members.
(3)Shipping goods
[1] To ship campaign goods, monitor goods, prizes, etc.
[2] To ship purchased goods, applied goods, etc.
(4)Other management and provision of this Service
[1] To determine the state of membership registration and the state of usage of this Service.
[2] To conduct questionnaires and monitoring investigations.
[3] To receive and respond to inquiries and consultations from members.
[4] To provide follow-up services to members such as version upgrades.
[5] To enable the Council to arrange for this Service Management Company to manage and provide this Service.
(5)Planning, development, etc. of merchandise, services, etc.
[1] To conduct group interviews, questionnaires, monitoring investigations, etc. to collect information for planning and development of merchandise, services, etc.
(6)Others
[1] To notify users of a change of the purpose in using personal information and to obtain agreement.
[2] To use information within the range separately agreed by members.

2. The Council’s business office and department in charge of personal information of members and the name or job title and section of the general supervisor or its representative in charge of personal information are as follows.

3. Within the range required for achieving the purpose of use as described under clause 1 of this Article, the Council may consign to a third party the whole or parts of personal information including membership registration items. Furthermore, the consigned party may further consign to another party.
4. If a member wishes to request the Council to notify the purpose of use of personal information, to disclose their own personal information, to correct the content, add or delete personal information or to suspend the use or provision of personal information, the member can apply to the inquiry desk separately displayed on the website according to the specified procedure. The Council shall promptly respond to this application. If a member goes through the procedure of suspending the use or provision of personal information, the whole or parts of this Service may not be available for them to use. 5. Members are responsible for the disclosure of personal information to the Council at their own discretion. If a member does not wish to disclose their personal information, the whole or parts of this Service may not be available for them to use.
6. Based on the collected membership registration information and other information, the Council and joint users of personal information may create data processed in a way and format that makes it impossible to identify individual members for purposes such as marketing investigation and analysis data or trend analysis data on the use or preference of provided services or other services or merchandise, use such data themselves, or disclose or provide the data to a third party.
7. The service provided via this App is based on location information. When an app user takes an action via this App that uses the location information service that can be used via the mobile operating system (based on triangulation of the distances to mobile phone base stations, triangulation using Wi-Fi, or GPS), the Council will collect and save the member’s location information. Please note that, when an app user uses this App, the location information of the device used will be sent to our company and a part of such location information and the app user’s name may be shared through this App. For example, if a user takes a certain action while using this App, the app user’s name and location information may be shared with other users using the app through this App. Furthermore, the Council shall be allowed to use location information to improve or customize this Service for app users.
8. This App and the website uses Google Analytics to analyze and improve the App and the website. When using Google Analytics, we may set cookies for the terminal or browser used by Google or read existing cookie data to collect data. Furthermore, the terminal or browser used by this App or the website will automatically send non-personal information (URL address or IP address of the page accessed) to Google. This App and the website will not use such information for purposes other than for determining, aggregating, or analyzing site usage. Through use of this App or the website, the user is regarded to have granted Google and the administrator of this App and the website the right to process data according to the above method and purpose. The methods Google Company uses to collect and use access information are defined in the Google Analytics Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.
